The conclusion of the National University of Food Technologies (Kyiv): “… Whole grain pasta “Zdorovje” produced by individual-entrepreneur Vartanian A.A. under the “Mak-Var Product” trade mark have much higher biological value, increased minerals and B1, B2, PP, and E vitamins content, as compared to traditional pasta. For this reason they are considered health-improving foods. Their regular consumption promotes improved gut motility, reduced blood cholesterol and sugar, and detoxification.” In the first place, pasta “Zdorovje” with vegetative fiber was created as a healthy food. But fiber’s capability to slow down sugar release in blood made it a product for those who suffer from diabetes. At first, we did not even advertise this characteristic of fiber in order not to confuse diabetics. After some time, those suffering from this decease began to call us and thank for producing such an amazing product for them! From now on we will always look for an opportunity to create products that may be incorporated in diet of those who suffer from diabetes.

We at “Mak-Var EcoProduct” company developed and established our own recipes of the whole range of pasta “Zdorovje” (“Health” in Russian) from coarse whole grain flour and vegetative fiber. Because of this combination of ingredients this pasta acquired truly unique properties!

Pasta “Zdorovje” (“Health”) are categorized in two groups:

  • Group 1: pasta “Zdorovje” with vegetative fiber

These products contain vegetative fiber as part of barn; they are made from coarse rye and wheat flour.

  • Group 2: pasta “Zdorovje” with vegetative additives

These pasta contain additives in form of fat free flours (meal) from pumpkin, flax, amaranth, and milk thistle seed, wheat germ, grape seed.

Our innovative technology allowed producing coarse whole-grain flour on modern equipment by operating on the traditional principle of whole grains grinding, without all its above mentioned downsides!

How benefitial for health

  • General health improvement. This flour contains several times more minerals, vitamins, major and minor nutrient elements.
  • Body purification. Fiber, which content in this flour is 12 times higher, is capable of detoxification and radionuclides removal.
  • Contribution to bowel dysbacteriosis elimination. Fiber is used by lactic-acid bacteria that inhibit development of putrefactive bacteria.
  • Contribution to blood sugar and cholesterol levels reduction. Thanks to fiber, sugar discharge during digestion slows down. It allows diabetics eat this pasta with no health risk!
  • Vitamin Е is a vitamin of youth, beauty, and sex. Wheat germ and vitamin E are required for regeneration of hormones that stimulate sexual activity. Its deficiency causes weakening of immune system.
  • Wheat germ is recommended to people under physical and mental workloads, malnourished, pregnant, and nursing. It is also good for those suffering from chronic ischemic heart disease, high blood cholesterol.

Rye is a full sister of wheat, but much healthier!

Rye flour contains 5 times more of fructose, which is required for normal daily living activities, than wheat flour. Baked goods from rye flour contain a lot of fiber and hemicellulose that play important part in nutrition by increasing bowel motility.

Rye read consumption helps reduce blood cholesterol level, improves metabolism, heart function, detoxication, helps prevent several hundreds of diseases including oncology.

One of the most famous medical scientists, A.I. Kuptsov, once said: “Dryery diet of poor Russian people, who used to eat mostly rye bread, has never resulted in vitamin insufficiency, which shows that rye bread is one of the most suitable products for a human body”

What is a sunchoke?

Wikipedia says that: “…a plant called sunroot, sunchoke, earth apple or topinambour, is a species of sunflower native to eastern North America, and found from eastern Canada and Maine west to North Dakota, and south to northern Florida and Texas. It is also cultivated widely across the temperate zone for its tuber, which is used as a root vegetable.”

Inulin content in tubers of this kind of sunchoke is 3-3.5 times higher than the average documented in materials from international conferences. Such high inulin content was recorded only on one place of the Earth – Argentina!

Curative action of sunchoke flour is caused by high content of polysaccharides of inulin nature, pectin substances, B vitamins, vitamin C, valuable minor nutrient elements (silicon, iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, cuprum, manganese, nickel, phosphorus, etc.) in biogenic condition, which is the best one for its uptake. It also contains essential amino acids.

All the products from “Mak-Var EcoProduct” is exclusively of vegetative origin, do not contain any chemical additives, colorants, preservatives, and, surely, GMO.
