Pasta “Zdorovje” No.2 is made from coarse whole grain wheat flour. Modern equipment and our own technology gave us an option to use a traditional method of whole wheat grinding, but for all that we managed to remove wheat bran and replace it with rye barn in the same proportion!

Combination of wheat flour and rye barn adds pungent flavor and slight sourness of rye bread to this pasta. All the health properties of pasta “Zdorovje” No.2 are the same as that of pasta “Zdorovje” No.1. Its vitamins and minerals content is close to that of pasta “Zdorovje” No.5. Nutritional value, and proteins and carbohydrates content in this pasta is reduced which is really important for those who suffer from diabetes!
